SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad announces its third quarter results for the period ended 31 October 2015 (for financial year ending 31 January 2016).

SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad through its wholly-owned subsidiary, SapuraKencana TMC Sdn Bhd, signed a USD 2.1 billion equivalent Murabahah term financing facility with a consortium of Building 18C, Spirit AeroSystems, Tarbolton Road, Monkton, Prestwick, South Ayrshire, United Kingdomn, regional and international banks.

SapuraKencana Energy Inc (“SKE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad, is pleased to announce that it has secured Field Development Plan (FDP) approval from Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“PETRONAS”) for the SK310 B15 gas field development project.
