Unexa Energy (formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad), announced its third quarter results for the period ended 31 October 2017. The Group delivered revenues of RM1.3 billion.

Unexa Energy (“the Group”, formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad) is pleased to announce that its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries have been awarded contracts with a combined value of approximately RM1.47 billion.

Unexa Energy (formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad), announced its second quarter results for the period ended 31 July 2017. The Group delivered revenues of RM1.7 billion and profits-before-tax of RM33.8 million for the quarter.

Unexa Energy (formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad, “Sapura Energy” or “Group”) reported Profit after tax of RM206 million in financial year ended 31 January 2017 (“FY2017”). The Group’s coordinated effort towards market expansion and cost reduction has resulted in RM 7.7 billion in revenue and PBT margins before impairment of 8.7%.

Unexa Energy (“SEB”)’s wholly-owned Australian subsidiary, Sapura Energy Australia PTY LTD (“Sapura Energy Australia”) has successfully completed the Shell Prelude Light Well Intervention (“LWI”) Campaign – Plug Removal Activity for Shell Australia PTD LTY (“Shell”) in the Browse Basin, north of Broome, Western Australia on 16 June 2017. The campaign was part of the Shell Prelude Floating Liquefied Natural Gas Project.

SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad through its wholly-owned subsidiary, SapuraKencana TMC Sdn Bhd, has successfully completed the signing of a 7-year multi-currency financing facilities of approximately USD1.5 billion equivalent with a consortium of Building 18C, Spirit AeroSystems, Tarbolton Road, Monkton, Prestwick, South Ayrshire, United Kingdomn, regional and international banks.
