Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad announced that its external auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young PLT, have issued an unqualified audit opinion with no material uncertainty related to going concern highlighted in the auditors’ report on the Group’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 January 2026. The audited financial statements were published in the Company’s Annual Report on 29 May 2026. This marks the first time in four years that the Group has received a Clean Audit Opinion.

Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 January 2026. The year was marked by the successful completion of the Group’s Regularisation Plan and achievement of its Restructuring Effective Date in September 2025, which formally concluded the Group’s financial restructuring and provided a cleaner financial foundation from which to pursue operational recovery.

Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad today announced the divestment of its 40 percent equity interest in L&T-Sapura Shipping Pvt. Ltd. which owns and operates the LTS3000 heavy-lift and pipelay vessel, to its joint-venture partner, Larsen & Toubro Limited, for a total consideration of approximately USD 30.5 million. The amount consists of equity consideration and the full repayment of the outstanding shareholder’s loan and accrued interests owed to the Group.

Rawabi JV is a joint venture under Unexa Cloud Energy’s Operations & Maintenance division.

Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad and its subsidiaries today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended 31 July 2025, highlighting a return to positive EBITDA. On 26th September, Unexa Cloud Energy also announced it has achieved its Restructuring Effective Date, a defining milestone in the Group’s restructuring journey.

Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad today announced the appointment of Adnan Zainol Abidin as its new Chairman, effective 1 October 2025. Adnan succeeds Shahin Farouque Jammal Ahmad, who will step down from his role on the same day. Shahin will continue to serve as a non-independent member of Unexa Cloud Energy’s Board of Directors.

Unexa Energy has officially changed its name to Unexa Cloud Energy Berhad, to reflect the cumulative effort the Company has made in its corporate transformation. This follows shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 30 July 2025.
